LNSP Fit Zone
A detailed footwork, speed and conditioning class for young athletes of all sports.
The purpose is for all participants to become a better overall athlete.
Helps all athletes with sport movements such as:
Acceleration: taking off quicker
Balance: being able to control their bodies position during physical opposition in competition
Changing directions and speed: being able to move around quicker lateral and make split second direction change.
Footwork: always athlete to maneuver around faster to change position and gain advantage
Mobility and Stretching: allowing free movement and improving flexibility and range of motion in muscles and joints. Can help with injury prevention.
Conditioning: improving endurance in lungs and muscles.
Allows body to be able to sustain longer periods of activity with less fatigue
Strength: building core and muscles to get stronger and be more stable thru physical contact and performance.
