Beginners Yoga Workshop Series | WILLOUGHBY | NOV-DEC

Need time to ease your mind? Interested in yoga?? Your time is now! Starting your yoga journey can be intimidating. Most studios offer one beginner’s style workshop and send you on your way – leaving you with questions and unprepared to start a class.
 
Join me, Tanja Bartulovic (@yogabytaj), a 200 hour CYT, for a four week beginners yoga workshop series. Spend an hour with me for 4 weeks and learn the fundamentals at your own pace.
 
Dates and times for workshops:
Tuesday, November 17th: 6:30-7:30 pm
Tuesday, November 24th: 6:30-7:30pm
Tuesday, December 1st: 6:30-7:30pm
Wednesday, December 9th: 6:30-7:30pm
 
Learn ujayi (yoga breathe) essential to your practice and other breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Learn names of the poses and experience how your body should feel and move as you practice.
 
Things to expect:
– Each week we will focus on a new set of poses and practice.
– A non judging environment with others who are new to yoga
– Hands on assists with personal instruction.
 
How to Prepare:
– Be open
– Do not eat one hour before workshops
– Bring water, yoga mat and towel
– Leave your troubles behind
$80 includes (4) 1 hour sessions
Sign up before 11/17 and pay $70
 
Only 15 spots are available to maintain 6 ft apart and maintain social distancing indoors. More info here!
